About the International BodyTalk Foundation

The International BodyTalk Foundation (IBF) has been established to make high-quality, basic healthcare accessible to people everywhere, regardless of personal circumstance.

The IBF fulfills its mission through BodyTalk Access Outreach Programs.

Access Outreach

The BodyTalk Access program takes five essential techniques from The BodyTalk System and distills them into a one-day course that anyone can apply on themselves or others as a daily health maintenance program. Since the inception of BodyTalk Access in 2005, more than 45,000 people in over 60 countries have taken the class. The positive results from using these five techniques has been emphatically demonstrated time and again. In his book, BodyTalk Access: A New Path to Family and Community Health, Dr. Veltheim details the development of BodyTalk Access and shares dozens of case studies demonstrating its effectiveness in regular health maintenance as well as in acute health conditions and emergency situations.

The IBF’s goal is to bring BodyTalk Access to those who do not have consistent access to affordable healthcare. The BodyTalk Access program has proven to be a powerful tool in alleviating many of the day-to-day health issues the average family faces. If we can put a BodyTalk Access technician into every household, the overall health and well-being of families and communities could be enhanced and maintained. In under-developed countries, this would provide care that is currently unavailable. In developed countries, this would free up the strained mainstream healthcare systems to focus on the severe emergencies and complex health issues they handle best. Healthy and empowered people lead to happy, peaceful nations.
