If a person is happy, healthy and successful, is it just a matter of luck? Or is being happy: simply a state of health on all levels, when you talk positive, think positive and act positive.

Born into Persian culture, philosophy, poetry and mysticism, I had the opportunity to live in different countries and experience contrasting cultures from an early age. Always being interested in Health and Well-Being I started questioning how our Cultural Belief Systems, Environment, Stress and Lifestyles are affecting our life and how we live it.

These questions have guided me on my personal journey and led me to my profession helping others to find their own inner peace. I started my personal- growth journey with Reiki in 1998 which in turn opened doors to many other energy systems most importantly The BodyTalk System. The focus on re-establishing communication within the body-mind complex, correcting the internal dialogue and the emphasis of the relationship between Microcosm and the Macrocosm is the missing link in many other healthcare systems that BodyTalk successfully addresses. Ever since 1998, I have not stopped learning and expanding my knowledge in anatomy and physiology of the human body and Energy Medicine. I am a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner (CBP) since 2006, became a BodyTalk Access Trainer in 2008 with the intention to empower individuals and bring this simple, safe and effective system to as may individuals as possible and to my home country Iran. I graduated as an advanced CBP in 2011. In 2014 I have gone through the HeartMath coaching training to learn and add their scientific findings, tools, techniques and modern technology into my practice. I am a passionate BodyTalker and to help spread this system I have gone through an extensive training in 2018 and became a Certified BodyTalk Instructor, 2021 MindScape Instructor and 2023 Advanced Instructor.

Would I ever stop learning to be able to give to others? The answer is simply no because the more I learn the more I realize how little I know.
